About CardsGames

CardsGames is an online gaming platform. Its current games are free to play. You can play as a Guest or sign in with Google. A Signed In account can save matches across sessions and use features such as game-specific Stars, statistics, and leaderboards.

Stars are game-specific progression points. They have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged through the current platform.

Using the service

You may use CardsGames for personal, lawful gameplay. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s account or data, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt matches, automate abusive traffic, or use the platform to distribute unlawful or harmful material.

Use a nickname that you are entitled to use and that is not unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or an attempt to impersonate another person. If activity raises a safety, legal, or gameplay-integrity concern, contact the operator through the contact form described below.

Accounts and gameplay data

You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account used to sign in and for activity performed through your CardsGames account. Guest games are saved in the browser on the device used to play and may be lost if browser data is cleared or becomes unavailable.

For Signed In users, nicknames or generated aliases, leaderboard position, and game-specific Stars may be visible to other users on the relevant leaderboard. Stars and progression are maintained separately for each supported game, where applicable. Results and saved progress support statistics and rankings and may change when a match is completed or corrected.

Signed In users can select Delete game data from a game’s menu to remove saved history, Stars, statistics, and leaderboard participation for that game or all games. This does not delete the CardsGames account. Deleting one game’s data leaves other games’ data intact, and in-progress games are preserved where applicable. A preserved game may add new results and Stars when completed.

To request deletion of your CardsGames account, use the contact form on the Privacy Policy page. The operator will verify your request and handle it manually under applicable data-protection requirements. Guest games saved in your browser may need to be cleared separately in your browser settings.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a useful service, but online games may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons. Saved matches, results, rankings, or Stars may be temporarily unavailable or may be affected by changes needed to operate or improve the games.

These terms and the available features may be updated as the service changes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property and permitted use

CardsGames identifies the platform and its presentation. Unless a particular item is stated otherwise, the platform’s original software, visual design, text, and supplied artwork are reserved to their respective rights holders. You may use the site and its content for personal gameplay. Do not copy, redistribute, modify, commercially exploit, or reverse engineer platform materials except where applicable law permits or the relevant rights holder authorizes it.

These terms do not claim ownership of third-party marks or materials. Any third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
