Information We Collect

You can play as a Guest or sign in securely with Google. Signed In users have a profile that may include a nickname, email address, and basic profile information.

Signed In gameplay may save your progress, results, Stars, statistics, and leaderboard information. Stars and leaderboards are specific to each game. Your nickname or public alias, position, and game-specific Stars may appear on that game's leaderboard.

Guest progress is saved locally in your browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared. If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide and maintain the games, sign users in and save progress, display rankings and statistics, protect the platform and prevent abuse, and respond to messages and privacy requests.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on contractual necessity to provide the service you request (Article 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interests in platform security, preventing fraud and abuse, gameplay integrity, and responding to ordinary messages, where your rights and freedoms do not override those interests (Article 6(1)(f)); and legal obligations, including handling privacy-rights requests (Article 6(1)(c)).

Data Sharing

Trusted external service providers may process information as needed to support sign-in, hosting, platform operations, and communications. These include authentication, hosting, technical-service, and contact-service providers.

Service providers may process information in other countries. The locations and any applicable safeguards for international transfers depend on the provider arrangements in use.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is generally retained while your account exists, subject to applicable legal requirements and valid deletion requests. Game information is kept while needed for the service or until deleted through the available processes. Contact messages are kept as needed to respond to you. Accounts are not currently deleted automatically for inactivity.

Signed In users can choose Delete game data in a game's menu to remove saved history, Stars, statistics, and leaderboard participation for the current game or all games. This does not delete the account. Active games are preserved where applicable. To request complete account deletion, use the contact form below.

Some information may remain temporarily where needed for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or backup purposes. Applicable legal requirements may also affect how long information is kept.

Your Privacy Rights

Where GDPR applies, you may have the right to access or correct your personal information, request its deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, and receive a portable copy where that right applies. You may also complain to a data-protection authority.

Use the contact form below to make a request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and respond to it. Requests are normally answered within one month where GDPR applies, subject to any permitted extension.
